Presisi Academy ("we") respects the privacy of visitors, students, parents, teachers, and schools. This policy explains what data we collect through this site, why, and your rights over it, with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

  • This site has no forms and does not store personal data you type. Consultations happen on WhatsApp; those conversations are governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy and are used by our team only to respond to you.

  • Anonymous visit statistics: page views, traffic sources, and device types, without IP addresses or identities.

  • Display preferences: your language and theme choices are stored as cookies on your device.

How we use data

  • To contact you about your questions, program consultations, and fees.

  • To prepare the classes or partnerships you request.

  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis and consent

We process the data you send on WhatsApp based on the consent you give when contacting us. For participants under 18, we ask that consultations be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or teacher.

Storage and security

This site does not store consultation data. Anonymous visit statistics are kept on servers we manage, with access limited to our team.

Cookies

The public site uses preference cookies (language, theme, and your cookie choice). If you accept analytics cookies, we store two simple markers (has visited before, already counted today) to count unique visitors. These markers hold no identity; the server only keeps daily aggregate numbers (page views, pages, traffic sources, device types) with no IP address or personal data. Page views are counted anonymously without cookies. You can change your choice by deleting cookies in your browser. The admin panel uses session cookies for signed-in staff.
